- Megan Vaughn -- Social Worker ("I am assigned two days at Underwood and three days at Brooks ES. I am coming from Carroll MS, but am really excited to finally have two elementary schools. I am a former first grade teacher!")
- Music teacher has been recommended, thanks to Heather P, Star, Jennifer W, Jenny Snyder, Kellie, Rachel, Lauren, and Mallory for your feedback during the hiring process.
- Stacy Branson -- speech pathologist will be transferring from Creech Road ES to Underwood ES/Sanderson HS.
Classroom Updates:
The floors have been completed and the custodial staff is working hard to clean up our learning spaces
We currently are projected to have 432 students this school year.
We currently have 19 classes this school year -- 3.5 (k), 3.5 (1st), 4 (2nd), 4 (3rd), 3 (4th), and 3 (5th).
Please email me or share via Google Drive pictures of your summer fun! These will be used in a slideshow for our retreat on August 21st, they will also be used to create our friends and family wall. Classroom teachers, you are welcome to view your preliminary class list between August 1st - 10th. Please see me if you have concerns or questions prior to August 10th. Class assignment letters will be sent to families the following week. We will be providing time during the workdays to call all families (spend your time talking to the student) to welcome them to your class prior to the Meet the Teacher on August 23rd.
