- The students who participated in the Scholastic Pursuit Competition....led by Megan and Alexandria!
- EVAAS rosters have been submitted and completed, thank you for working on these. If you received an email from EVAAS yesterday, disregard I had to adjust a couple of students a few percentages (less then 5%) to account for our 27 under enrolled students (these are students that came or left Underwood during the year).
- Scheduling committee has completed the first two meetings. Team members will be getting feedback from teams. Second and third grade representatives will need to meet with Mallory for details.
- Everyone... it's the end of the year! This is hard work and we are doing it!!!! :)

Communication:
PLTs -- All PLT teams will be meeting on Wednesday May 30th in the media center starting at 7:45. The first 15 minutes of the meeting will be to preview next school year and details about wrapping up this school year (closing Mtss plans, schedule discussions, curriculum dialogue, etc).
EOG Pick-Up Materials- Please pick up your materials prior to the school day starting at 8:45.
End of Year Evaulations - we are in the last two weeks of school. If you haven't had (or scheduled) end of year with Mallory and I be sure to sign up -- Sign up . All instructional assistant evaluations need to be completed by Friday June 1st. See Mallory's email for more details.

At this point, we have reviewed/shared both the ELA and Math standards. Some grade levels will be touching on the ELA standards as a team in the upcoming weeks. Links to the resources shared: ELA and Math The math department has created some live webinars as well. Click here for information. Please let Alexandria know if you would like any support understanding/digging into these new standards!

Clean School -In an effort to provide a clean and safe school, the custodial team has had on-going meetings to increase their support to make sure that our learning spaces are clean and supporting the students. Click on the link Customer service updates to see the custodial expectations. If you have a maintenance concern or need please email Mr. Marrow. If you have a cleaning concern please email Ms. Mbalia. Mr. Marrow and Ms. Mbalia will be conducting weekly walkthroughs.

One of the discussions has been the consistency within classrooms as a room parent. They asked for the following survey to be filled out so they can share this with Corie Jackson, our new room parent leader.
MClass- The window for EOY MClass window opens May 14th and closes June 4th. It is imperative that you organize a plan with your team that allows you to assess each other's students. Additionally, we are asking that you assess your students that you feel will be in the red or yellow on the TRC prior to May 17th so we can get summer school letters distributed (by May 21). Using the TRC as an indicator is new this year, and the county will need to establish a plan to allow for number of students that will be invited.

EOG Links- Here is the updated link for all things EOG (Lunch times, recess schedules, testing plan). At this point, all administrators and proctors have been placed. Teacher assistants in classrooms have not been pulled. Please note, that we put them alternate supports if we have someone back out. Hopefully this will help you plan your next few weeks. MTSS Plans- All Tier II and III plans have to be reviewed and exited by May 31st, 2018 to allow time for conversion from EASi to ECATS/ECATS-MTSS. Work with your case manager to ensure these plans have been exited properly.
